Dear Sirs,
I am looking a 01 kanal plot in Lahore for residential purpose which possibly will be constructed after 02 years. For this purpose I have visited the DHA phase 8 & DHA Phase 5. Until now I’m unable to make any decision as I am very poor planner & could not convince myself for any good or bad reason. However due to easy approach from mall road phase 8 looks me better
Please guide me
- which phase & block is more suitable
- merits & demerits before any decision or deal
- budget preferably 50 to 55 and max 60
- best time to make deal
- other considerable like schooling etc

With your Budget you can find a very good plot in Phase 6. In 2 years there will be 100s of houses already constructed there. |

I am in the same situation. I would like to know if DHA Phase 7 is a good place to build within 1-2 years. I am looking for 1 kanal plot.

sir if u can find plots park view i mean plots which u can see on ground not files in ur budget then its best place other wise if u want to save money look in N block phase 6 that block is really under priced and i fail to understand why? in phase 7 few blocks like r s q and t are good if u can find good location plot for 30 lacs that will be great u will still have money to make house these blocks will be ready for possession any time kindly go and visit these blocks .....Shahid sahib in ur budget so consider phase 6 G and c blocks you will have many houses in two years time |

I would say that Phase 6 has the greatest potential, as it is developed I believe and it will be the best Phase so far. Most of the house construction would take place in this Phase in a few years. |
