Can anyone explain the actual situation of LDA Avenue 1 plots which came under litigation? What is the current status of sector C? By when will we have the possession of these plots?

How about status of A block . When will we get possession in A block. I have paid full amount plus development charges after I recieve a letter from LDA that my plot is litigation free.

New news about LDA is that many plots which were Clear as per 2004 Computer record are also under litigation. New data id ready by is not being made public. It is advice to owners with clear plots to visit site and see development status of that particular area.
New buyers are especially advised to do so. |
