Help needed - Canadian Immigration related query,

Dear Forum fellows,

I applied for Canadian Immigration last year, recently received Medical examination request along with Right of Permanent Residence fee payment request. Canadian immigration office issued this on mid of october 2009 however i received it by normal post yesterday, which means have only seven days left :( I have got medical examination appointment for myself and wife for tomorrow and will be prepare draft for paying Right of Permanent Residence fee, so will courier everything with in 7 days maximum inshalah.

I have one question here, I got baby boy birth in last week of november 2009, for which i got birth certificated sorted and will be applying for his manual passport tomorrow as it can be collected same day, so i was thinking to send baby passport copy along with birth certificate, is it possible that i can pay his Right of permanent residence fee at this stage or shall i wait for canadian immigration office to provide me detail how to include dependents at this stage.


Is there any application form that i need to fill in order to include baby as dependent?

Please advice.
