enquiry about Naval plot,

I need your advice brothers i am buying IK plot in Naval Anchorage. deal is finalized now.

so if possible can you please give me a hint.

1) how much commision %age i have to pay to property.

2) i have to pay any fee to NAVY or any development charges

i asked these questuion to propety dealer but i am not satisfied from his answer. MR Atiq Raja if possible can you plz give me advice.. how much i have to pay (devl chg, anu other fees) other then paying to main person.
