Safe living distance near high tension electrical wires,

I’m, surprised to see the quite confronting situation in the new developed schemes where very important environmental concern has been ignored & given no worth. certainly in many new schemes high tension transmission lines are running ignoring safe living distance and planned houses are almost beneath the electrical wires
Going through some articles and following links I presume that at least 150 yards would trim down the magnetic felid radios.
Can we dig it further and confirm “what is safe living distance under 132KV transmission lines”
