I intend to buy a plot in E-12 for investment purposes. Is there anyone selling a corner plot of 30x60 or 35x70 in any of the sub sectors of E-12.

I guess it may take upto five years before one can actually start any work there, but I am not in hurry for that and thats why I thought its alright to invest and wait. Any further thoughts on it? |

What if takes 20 years; will you be ok to wait that long as well? A comparable sector D-12 is still under development after two decades! Investing in Pakistan is extremely risky. |

One more thing. Prices in E-12 are not as cheap last time I checked. I believe for a little more money you can buy in E-11 or D-12 (6-7 lakh per marla) vs 4-5 lakh per marla in E-12. Therefore if the risk is really 20 years to wait, the price has to be really cheap for me to invest. |
