enquiry about Naval plot
I need your advice brothers i bought IK plot in Naval Anchorage form one of my friend. deal is finalized now.
so if possible can you please give me a hint.
1) how much commision %age i have to pay to property delear who did nothing but last in last hour during deal i see him cousin of a person i am buying plot.
2) i have to pay any fee to NAVY or any development charges. because after deal thay are saying that i have to pay to navy as well.
i asked these questuion to propety dealer but i am not satisfied from his answer. MR Atiq Raja if possible can you plz give me advice.. how much i have to pay (devl chg, anu other fees) other then paying to main person.

Shafiq Sahib if you please explain the complete details of your agreed terms & conditions then it will be easy to comment upon. However generally the deals is finalized like, (1) All dues clear (2) Profit or less on deposits while remaning to be paid by the purchaser if it is on instalments.
The property dealers normally gets 1% commission |
