These days I dont like to argue on useless things but to be fair I had to post an answer for you.
Affidavit files are normally VERY hard to find. Its very rarely traded so its even harder to find a buyer for it. Most people are scared to buy affidavit files.
Last week one could ask for 20 lacs or even higher but there were no buyers at that price for one or perhaps two affidavit files in the market at that time. I posted the available files rate at 19.85 because I had a seller at that price. You posted the your affidavit for sale under my rate for 20 lacs. Now I have a file available at 19 lacs I had to post that rate. I am not saying or suggesting but only thing I am saying is these affidavit files are now available at 19 lacs.
This week more than one guy got 10 affidavit files ready for him against the land and he is now ready to sell few of his files asap. I have file available for you if you are wiling to pay 19 lacs for it. You could buy it from me at 19 and sell at 20 lacs if you think that is the rate where you could find the buyers.
