Please drop your feedback of comparing buying a kanal plot in DHA Phase 6 vs. WAPDA Town/Valencia Lahore (in 50 lakh range)? Which is more appropriate from investment perspective?

Paa Aikram yaar, Dha and Wapda have no comparison, DHA is good option. |

if DHA is such a good option then why is phase 6 at half the price of wapda town. I do agree with you on Valencia. can you believe 1 kanal in dha 6 is available for 40 lac in A block :( |
