Few days back chairman CDA announced that a possession ( partial D-12/1&3 ) of sector D-12 will be by the end of January 2010 and remaining sector will be handed over few months later. A big ceremony is being asked to arrange and PM will announce this big news. It was PPP who launched this sector in 1989 and it will be a credit to PPP government handing over the possession

PML Nawaz and Mushrif governments could not announced any more sector and neither developed this long time due sector. MPL announced F-12 and 13 for overseas Pakistani’s but fail due to high prices
I will appreciate if an expert of Islamabad can shed some light on chairman’s statement and confirm the current status of sector D-12 its prospects and value in coming days.
