Dear Property specialists specially in RWP/ISB,
Can any one put light on this news that Bahria town
management has scraped phase 9 in RWP. And they were offering plots in phase 8.Is it correct news??
Further more, the offer of transferring plot from 9 to phase 8 did not take response.
If some has some solid and true information plz. share with us. It could be strong help for pakistanis abroad becuase maximum investment in this phase is from Overseas Pakistanis.

I don't think it has been scapped but they are offering people that have paid for their phase 9 plots to shift from phase 9 to phase 8, as it will take many years for phase 9 to develop whereas phase 8 is partially ready already. |

Shahzad Amir Sahib it seems better to avail the offer opprtunity of shifting from phase 9 to phase 8. Azad K may help you how to initiate the process for this shifting. Regards |
