yesterday i visted the BT sector C. now they have started again constuction of roads behind tulib block mini golf course and in janiper block. only a small portion is being developed. there is good news for cat B overseas file holders. The constuction is being done adjacent to janiper block towards canal. I talked some persons of BT there. they told that they are trying to purchase land till canal. I think if its a success then the cat B and Janiper block will get anotehr entrance in BT sector C and then cat B will be more valuable. They are making footbaths etc there in cat B area. For janiper electicpoles have been erected butstill no cables. The main mosqe basic structure have been completed alot and its a real beautifull scen to see when it will be completed. Sector B is now really flooded with houses and every where new construction is going on. Now i feel BT is a bit alive again. IF malik riaz keep this pace inthree or four month janiper tulip and cat B area could be finally developed.

The above mentioned area is, newly acquired land by Bt. He is selling this land in division of 5 marla. 133 Plots has been sold already. The reason acquiring this land to get close to the interchange of ring road. |
