Revival of Real Estate Market - AWT Housing Scheme
As salam u alaikum
I have been getting regular feedback on the realestate for the last couple of month. I have a 10 marla corner plot in AWT Phase 2 in Lahore. Couple of months back the the price was less than 7 lacs and no property dealer was interested in the scheme inspite of the fact that it is a genuine, on the land and fraud free housing scheme controlled by Army Welfare Trust.
Now Alhamdulilah, property dealers have started contacting me for the sale of plot. Now the value of the plot is more than Rs. 850,000/= per 10 marlas.
I hope the other housing schemes are also showing progress Insha Allah.
This is my personal observation, all participating in the discussion are welcome to share their ideas

Yes Plot is right. You hardly get an offer above 700000 For 10M Plot. No buyer in the market. |
