Update of Gwadar schemes,

Dear country brothers, We have news that Gwadar Development authority is suspending NOCs granted to various housing schemes rapidly. What is the meaning of it...? They will issue NOC later on or will cancel it and if its cancelled then what will be the fate of people having files of theses schemes.
I would kindly request who ever has good and strong knowledge about it. Kind request to brother Assad specially.

Dear sir you have very good knowledge and understanding of Gwadar related matters, in my opinion rapid suspension simply means GDA has started taking notice of the delay in such housing schemes where developers have failed to fulfill commitments...
You know all situation in Pakistan Real Estate and specially Gwadar Real Estate, Buyers stopped paying installments and Builders couldn't maintain the pace of development, even many stopped work at site.

GDA has suspended NOCs and issued them notices to start on ground development. Failing which will result in any penality or legal action! Now builders are approaching buyers to pay dues so that they may resume.

One good thing, all societies that have NOC have 100% land and in worst scenerio, after legal action, GDA may take over project, sell the pledged plots/land and may develop the project. However it will take too much time... ( MORE TIME! )
All the people who have invested in Gwadar Private Housing Scemes are requested to register with GDA through "Provisional Registration Form" available @ http://gda.gov.pk/index.html so that GDA can protect your investments.
