I do not know Atiq Raja personally, but on post 45803 all is stated is as follows:

"pakistan is going back,this is the time to leave the country to safe you and your family,because day by day worse time is coming"

I know this statement may be upsetting for some, but Atiq Raja has stated the facts. Based on the cursing above, Bilal Shafiq should be banned from this site and not Atiq Raja.

On the flip side, I once again request/urge Atiq Raja to state his opinion with some thought first. You can be very straight forward at times and can really upset some folks by your honest yet harsh comments.

Everybody is entitled to their opinion and to express it, without being insulted. I don't see anything wrong with Mr Raja's opinion. However the comment above by Mr Shafiq is offensive and insulting. If we have people like Mr Shafiq then there is no hope for Pakistan.One can disagree with someones opinion and to put forward ones own opinion but there is no need to insulting other people just because you disagree with him or her.

Everyone is entitled to have opinion but PLEASE do not disrespect and condecending to others. RESPECT even if you have difference of opinion. Calling names and using foul language only reflects "you", nothing else. PLEASE be respectful to everyone, we as individuals have to learn how to respect others.

Difference of openion is taken as a great insult in Pakistan. And this how the democracy doesn't work here. Mr. Raja is talking about facts and Mr. Bilal is talking out of his love for the country(though by inappropriate words).

Conflict between the emotions and facts and the result is obvious as above.

Dear all,
I really dont know Atiq Raja but I used to follow his valuable comments about realestate. Like many others, he is nice and decent human in Pakistan.
We should respect each other and bridging the differences is a nice way to geet real success.
I think we should look into the mirror first to ask what is my role in terms of society building strength.
Dont blame each other since there are many (politicians, feudals, gnerals) who are already dividing us and playing with our lives.

i love pakistan,so i have invested to much in pakistan,but land mafia, organizations are others not cooperated to me, every one in pakistan is an officer,i found out that every one is corrupt ,i have only one son send to pakistan for education and pay heavy expenditures ,but i see that my son is not safe in country so he return back uk.we talk to much but elect corrupt people due to this zardari is our president compare to uk,very bad weather,no industry but system is to good that every one is happy,no officer,i still want to settle in pakistan with huge investment me and my relatives,any one even bilal shafiq give me only life guaranty and respect to my family i will come with my family with in one day time,i sure you cant,better to wait for good Chang in country,but there is no any hope.

i request to you people to respect each other don't abuse,give respect and get respect,these are my personal openions if you are not happy,don't abuse me,i am also pakistani and want to do for pakistan,i send my son to pakistan,did huge investment for peace of mind not for disturbance,my family is always not happy with me they insets to invest in uk where immediate family is living.

I respect your feeling and sincerely suggest you to stop worrying about Pakistan there are plenty of people assigned for this job and trust me they are awake.

Arfan bhai every one is allowed to reserve his name and a passwrdis assigned to person that want resrve a name and want to post with that name. To reserve a name please send an email to me at LahoreRealEstate@gmail.com Many friends have reserved their names and use them just like my friend M.Ali etc
