I am civil engineer. If any one have a plot and wish to constuct a house for sale then he can theh ntact me. I will supervise the construction work. All payments will be done to the shops and material supplier directly by you.
After finishing construction final cost of the project will be known to both of us.
Then profit after selling the house will be divided in half. Half for investment and half for me for my efforts to constuct house.
If any one intrested we can have a meeting to proceed further.
I only can say it will be an honest deal. YOu can trust me.
Only Lahore I can constuct house.
