So far DHA ISLAMABAD has developed DHA PH-1, PH-2 AND EX- COMMONER'S TOWN area of 30 thousand kanal area from 1995 to 2010 in 15 years. which includes the boom period of property investment period also.
So you can imagine that DHA VALLEY, DHA PHASE-2 EXTENSION and DHA OVERSEAS BLOCK of 150 thosand kanal area will take how much time for development. while last two mentioned project are not started at all.
they are started only in ADDS given in newpapers and TV Channels only. and now people take less interest in property investment nowadays than 2005.

Some month back I met a Dumper truck driver that belongs to Habib Rafiq Co. He told me that he is working in some DHA project and the work is just started and it will take 10 years (according to him) to complete the work due to slow pace of progress. |

Actualy ph-1 ext. Is satuated in rawalpindi not islamabad. Ph-1 ext. Is launched in 2005. It one kanal file starting price was 36 lak ruppes. Now it file price is 6 to 7 laks. So, you can imagine the property position. In 4 year the only interchange at entrance point of phase-1 main road is underconstruction. This interchange is not yet completed because dha has no more money to spend. The rest of project sectors are not started yet. It is far from completion. So, the plot rate is decreased from 36 laks to 6 laks. |
