Do you have any info regarding Bahria Orchard? I am interested in the Bahria Orchard apartment as a holiday home for elderly parents.

Do you think it's a good location? Is it populated?

Another option is Divine Gardens apartment. Air Avenue apartments are too expensive.

I know some reader will say to buy a house but think I managing an apartment might be easier.

I would appreciate your comments.

Bahria Orchard, at this stage, is NOT a good option. There is no population yet. Location is not good either though it is a relative issue and varies from person to person.
I would suggest you to go for Divine Gardens which is far better than Air Avenue and Bahria Orchards.

I agree with Hussain Kaisarani,that Divine Gardens is best option.location is superb,near to airport,DHA and metro.May ALLAH help you in your noble cause.
