information regarding BT sector C,

yesterday i recived a phone call from BT sector C. THey asked me to deposit development and posseion cahrges for my janiper block plot of ! k. Total amount was 5 lakh rs approximately. They said with in three months posseion of plot complete in all respect be handed over to me. Can you guide me to give money at this stage?or I ahve to wait for few motnhs. LAst date is 30th of this month.
Dear readers
if any one else have plot in BT then can he kindly inform me what he is planning to do?
I am not sure BT will keep his promise. No oofical letter i reived for date of completion of the project.
imilarly for overseas enclave Cat B to I again balloting. while for cat B oversase enclave lahore balloting done and map and leter issued. Now they are saying that they will change plot no and location again. I asked why they issued map and letter before. They said it was a layout map and now they are issuing final location master plan. why BT issuing map with out finalizing all issued?
any comments from any one please.
