Possession of Sector D-12 Islamabad,

I thought possession of plots in sector D-12 is very big news for the real estate of Islamabad but why there is no cheer, joy and comments from the Islamabad expertise.

What is exactly going on and what will be impact of this act on Islamabad properties in general and on this sector in particular.

Are buying / sales noticed and will there being a gain in price for this sector and / or drop on overall housing sector of Islamabad? :h

Please also guide for Allottees, those are out of station (Islamabad) how to obtain possession letter from CDA.,I mean to explain briefly processing procedure.

this is funny news because i am getting very low offer for my plot compared to what i was getting 6 month ago. there is no development on ground. possession is only for specific part of the sector. whole sector development could take 2 years more.

and a 600 yard plot was worth 9 lack when lounched and it is of 2 carors TODAY so why one should not celebarte ? it is Islamabad by dear.

for possection of plots
1.go cda and make draft 1000 for estate department
2.one window in side take forum for possession fill it
3.need Id,allotment letter
3.write application to estate management for possession attested all doc your ID + allotment letter copy from grade 17 with his name.
4.u should have application letter,forum,id card,possession letter for submit.and than they give you the time

Brothers, please be optimistic, don't worry too much for the future. Think about what Pakistan has given you and then compare it with what you have given to pakistan. $, devaluation, prices, etc this is all part of our lives, inshallah if you have brought a lot with HALAL money you will get benefit from it, no matter how long would it take but you will be the winner.
