Is this plot in Wapda Town Lahore?

What is the plot number and phase/block?

I have not checked Wapda Town prices lately, but I was expecting that it will cost 25 lac for 10 merla.

Is there some thing special with this plot (for example: next to Ganda Nala, or under Qabza group, or non transferable or something else)?

Even the worst plot in entire Wapda Town Lahore will probably cost at least two and one half times more than the asked price.

The seller not only forgot to mention the name of town where his plot is located, he also failed to provide correct phone number. The person answering the given number has no idea about him or this plot.

Muhammad, I can't say much about the plot but Mr Abdullah's post is certainly very special.
