DHA ISLAMABAD PROJECTS LATEST SATUATION,

Here I will inform pakistani brothers, investers and plot members of DHA about the latest progress and development of DHA islamabad project one by one.


DHA PHASE-1 EXT.

Many brother asked about DHA Phase-1 progress.
It is launched in 2005. It one kanal file price dropped from 36 lak ruppes to 6 laks. the construction of interchange at entrance point of phase-1 main road is stopped due to lake of money.
The designer of this Project is MINEHORT. But they withdraw from their job due to payment stopped by DHA.

and i will give u a new information about this project which will shock people.
the only available area in this scheme "Sector B and C" is separated this scheme and added in DHA PHASE-1. and it plot will be sold as DHA PHASE-1 again.Because Phase-1 plot prices are more higher than Phase-1 Extension. So, they will sell the same land two times. the members of DHA PHASE-1 EXTENSION can not convert their plot h this area and they have to wait for long time because remaining area of DHA Phase-1 Extension is hold and not yet purchased.

Mr. Imran said the same thing which i said again & again in many posts. He said "DHA is planning the remapping of sectors to pace-up the work. Due to current market crunch exact date of possession cannot given but it is under high priority of DHA."
I ask him if this project is DHA priority then why they are not starting the sectors road works which is stopped from 4 years and still no hope of starting the work.

DHA PHASE-1
This project is completed many years ago. is was developed by FWO. But the work quality was very poor. So, DHA given a new contract to NLC to repair the scheme. also they charged the plot members additional development charges which is unjustice because the poor work quanlity of FWO should be monitored by DHA and they should not pay FWO for the bad work. But FWO is also from army so, they have not fined them but charged additional development charges to plot members. The corruption was also involved between DHA and FWO.

DHA PHASE-2
This project was awarded to HABIB RAFIQ PRIVATE LTD IN 2001 and completed. It has 8 sectors A~H. The houses are built. Possession is available but it is not fully developed as said by mr. Imran. Part of Sector-D in Phase-2 is hold. A new sector-K is also carpeted and near to completion.
if any brother has plot in sector-D Hold area or DHA is excusing about possesion of his plot in PHASE-2 then he should demand to transger the plot into Sector-K which is ready for possesion. DHA has done this for some members.

DHA PHASE-2 EX-COMMONERS TOWN
it tooks 4 years and still under construction. Dha annouced the possesion in commoners town in march 2009 but failed to do it. Work speed in very slow and some time DHA totaly stop the work due to lake of money.
