DHA ISLAMABAD LATEST SATUATION OF NEWLY LAUNCHED PROJECTS,

Now come to the DHA ISLAMABAD Project which are newly launched and see their progress.

DHA EXPRESS WAY
this is approach road for DHA phase-2 extension & Valley.
Mr. imran said "DHA Expressway (8.2 km, 6 lanes) are near to completion, with some work remaining on bridges/crossways."
if one go to site he can see that earthwork at different patches is started. road is only carpeted at start about 400 meters. bridges and culverts are to be prepared. It is started 8 month before and still minimum one year is required to finish the work.

DHA DHA OVERSEAS Project
It is satuated near Sawan Bridge. It is between Kahota Road and Ex-Commoners town. It is started 4 years ago but Only the gate and 500 Meter main entrance road is constructed. And marketing office is prepared.
This is a separate project from Valley and Phase-2 extension. So, don't mix it with these projects. Although DHA phase-2 Extension and Valley has their Overseas Sector but i am not discussing it here.
Mr. imran did't write about this project. Because he can't defend it. This block is introdused only to trap the overseas pakistani and to get dollers.

DHA PHASE-2 EXTENSION
DHA phase-2 extension has more than 70 thousand kanals area. Only one Road of 500 meter is in process which is linked with Instustrial Road. This road is named "Industrial Link Road" and still not carpetted.
Mr. imran said "Development work is under process. The earlier the sector (out of 4) the sooner the possession is expected."
He is giving false hopes of possessions. Just to Silent the people and stop their angreeness. Can DHA give possesion on Raw land like Jungle while there is no road prepared. If DHA start one sector of this project today with full pace then possession is possible after 4 years. then thick about other 3 sectors yourself. While DHA is also failed to made the New Replanned Map of this project in which they divided it in 4 sectors.

DHA VALLEY
It is divided into 20 sectors and it has plots more than one lak according to the issued map. It has more than one lak kanal area. No work is in progress in any sector. The work is in progress in a land called DHA Homes along expressway.
People think it DHA Valley. Mr. imran put DHA Homes in DHA Valley and shows the progress in DHA Valley.
While DHA Homes is a seprate scheme and Valley is seperate scheme.
Mr. Imran! if you dont have correct information than please don't confuse people.

DHA HOMES
The small peace of one thousand kanal area earthwork is in progress in which DHA want to build houses.

DHA Valley, DHA Phase-2 Extension and DHA Homes will be deveoped by Joint Venture of Habib Rafiq Private Limmited, Bahria Town and DHA. Habib rafiq is devloper, Bahria Town is financer and DHA is Supervisor or Client. But You see ne Year progress then It will take more than 10 years to complete.
Bahria town has his Own priorities. If Malik riaz stop spending money then what will DHA do? because DHA have no money to spend.

Mr. Imran did't deny in his post no. 45888 about the fact i wrote in my previous post no. 45832 but he said the same things i said before. He just added some hopefull senctences in each project detail that possession will soon be given.
