I think people need to overcome their obsession with Malik Riaz. Bahria Town is an organisation that has grown very big and it will continue and survive irrespective of Malik Riaz. This is the case with all large organisations, they don't just disappear overnight after a chairman leaves the company. Somebody else will step into his shoes. All the real work is not done by the chairman but by the executives of the company, the leader just provides the right environment in the organisation for his executives to flourish. |
