The most important factor for me when buying a residential plot was that the scheme should have electricty, telephone cables underground, that the streets should be fairly wide a minimum of 40 ft., the plots should be fairly cheap at an affordable price, and the scheme should have an NOC from the local authority.
What factors are important to you or did you consider when deciding where to purchase a plot to make a house one day?
