NEW BLUNDER OF DHA ISLAMABAD,

I WILL TELL MY BROTHERS A FACT THAT CAN'T BE CHALLENGED.
DHA has announced the DHA Phase-1 extension project in 2005 and prepared a map and sold the plot. But they did't purchased any land before starting the project.
Now after 5 years the satiation is same. They don't have the land for DHA Phase-1 Extension. So, work is not started in any sector of phase-1 Extension.

One small peace of land of DHA phase-1 extension was purchased two year about 500 kanal (sector-B). But now this area is also excluded from the DHA Phase-1 Extension and included in DHA phase-1 to resale it with new Revised map of DHA phase-1
So, they are selling the land of scheme two times.
The members of DHA phase-1 extension will get nothing in this new area also because it is excluded from this extension.
There is Available land, purchased by DHA and given to EMMAR to build Houses. It is attached with DHA Phase-1 extension. But EMMAR left this area because of Economic crises in EMMAR. This land could be added to DHA phase-1 extension to start the delayed work of extension. But this 15000 kanal area is also added to DHA Phase-1. The revised map will be issued and New additional Plot will be sold again. But possession will take 6 years at least.

So, U understand that DHA is not willing to Prepare the DHA phase-1 Extension. But they will resale the plot of new land of EMMAR and sector-b to fool the people.

Suggestions for DHA Phase-1 Extension allottees and plot members.

members should demand the transfer of their plot in DHA phase-2 Sector-K which is newly developed. or Transfer their plot to DHA phase-1 new area and EMMAR area attached with DHA Phase-1.
If DHA is not willing to do this then go to court and refund your money from DHA. because of DHA blunder Phase-1 extension 1 kanal file price is dropped from 36 laks to 6 laks.
DHA will eigther give original plot or will transfer the plot in some other developed sector of DHA phase-1 or Phase-2
