i need your advise regarding the sohan village islamabad(near faiz abad)..
one of my friend wants to sell his plot to me .
this plot is in sohan near to faizabad..
near highway sto after crossing signal on GT road going to lahore from faizabad.
what is the future of this area and what are the issues here if any ..

as u mentioned it is village, and very old village big enough that cda cannot remodel it as model village. apparently it will stay as a village............it is not clean, mostly broken/kachi roads/streets.
i got no idea about price....
how much is ur friend asking and what is size of plot and street. |

very bad and unplanned so called village,like shakrial and kuri road all chore and dashat gurd are living in these areas don't even think to purchase of plot. |

Mr.Raja for ur poor information this area is located in chak shahzad and v near to farm houses where all the elite class of pakistan lives specially its very close to mr.musharafs farm house.
Secondly this project is announced by CDA and its a proper approved housing plan and the lay out plan has been prepared through GPS Tech. and the map is finalised, sector planning is like any other sector of islamabad unlike any other model village.Main sector road has x axis and y axis 150 wide road and streets are 40 ft. wide
much much better planning then any other village, total lush green area and ppl wish to have a peice of land there in this area.
it is located in zone iv and eventually CDA has lifted bann for construction and housing schemes in this area.Its a very plain area no topo graphy and covered mountains same like E7 and D12.
Award against 7200 effectees have been announced and in first phase of project 40% plots shall be alloted and rmaining 60% in second phase.According to an unoffical source board meeting regarding announcement of 4200 plots for cda employees is expected to be in this month.
Mr. Raja kindly dont misslead ppl this is not a private project like police foundation or multi professinals E11 and u always seems to be promoting tht area s to everyone and your old post are availble regarding tht.So kindly comment only where u live and what u know as u said u often come to islamabad and I am living here and know each corner of islamabad.
