Dear FMK.In Hayatabad Township there are seven phases ie Phase I to VII and in each phases there are 5 to 6 Sectors. The prices vary from phase to phase and sector to sector. Secondly nowadays plots are generally sold/purchased in Phase VI & VII whereas the other phases are already built/populated. The price range of 10 Marla plot is between 30 - 35 lacs in Phase VI & VII. Regards |
