Dear all,
It is news in the TV C42 today that all societies are coming under LDA except the Cantt area.
The question is that Bahria Town is not approved by LDA as I heard and it is approved by TMA. So what will happen if LDA declare it as illegal as it is not approved by LDA. I think the next steps is being taken as they did for the plazas. First let them make and then domolish which is policy of LDA.
Although BT is good after the DHA but people only afraid its legality and have not assurance for safe innvestment as DHA.
Can others share their point of view on this topic.

yes Mr. Aslam they are going to demolish BT and then level it and after Malik raiz will get BT Lahore approved from the LDA and then start the development and construction over again, this whole process should take a couple of days. |

the reason it's not approved by LDA is because Bahria's developement is far better than LDA schemes and it's embarrassment for LDA. |

I Malik Raiz ia convicted in any case of Fraud or Murder then he alone will be liable. He has bank accounts full of Billions and if it is a fraud case then his accounts will be the target and if murder then his person will be liable. The people residing in BT have all legal right to live there. |

I don't know the real effect of such illegal move by societies but looking into current scenario they can demolish some of its area to clear Lahore Master Plan Main Roads. And societies will skip. They will divide and charge the loss to resides. |
