Another Scheme "Acro Green from www.acrodevelopers.com" launched at old Bankers Avenue Society.

Seems peoples show no interest in Eden Point so Bankers avenue need to launch another scheme .

Looking for experts feedback on this new scheme :h

For 5 marla price is 10 lac .. that is looking too high
no idea about other sizes

Mr. Irfan: One of my friend own a 10 marla plot at Banker Avenue. Recently they balloted. What will happen to those plots. Is these new schemes are on the same land of Banker's avenue or these are different?

ASA, Mr. Irfan i see add of this scheme on T.V. and i staying in BAHRAIN (GCC countery) i dont know about details about this scheme can u please arrange and send me complete details of this scheme like payment terms and alotment procedure etc... if that all things is okay to me may i will book 1 plot in this scheme.....

I have visited the society and purchased a 5 Marla Plot. It is a well established society and Location is adjacent to DHA Phase 6,7. Location is good. As far as price is concerned. If its price is high the main reason is that it is adjacent to DHA. There is a rapid development. Roads, Water tankers, road lights and plot demarcation is almost done.

Sorry dears .. i did not know about this thread and opened another one for the same topic. Anyhow I have checked today and their email bounces back. I am also interested to know about this scheme but their site does not contain relevant details. If any one in Pakistan knows, about Plot Size, Prices, Payments plans, we shall appreciate.

Asalam O Alikum everyone:
I think that the price seems a little high but it is just right due to the development done there and the around the society. The location is just great. I am owner of two 5 Marla plots and a 8 Marla Plot there. I need to sell the 5 marla plots due to some urgent need of cash as I am constructing my farm house close to this scheme; but I will surely buy plots there again to keep. If anyone is interested please let me know at .

aoa, i have bought a plot beginnin of last year 2010,i was told everything is ready water elec ect and anyone who makes ful payment can start building within 4 months now it has been 1 and a half year i dont think there is a single house built there is there anyone living in pakistan who knows if there is building work going on or is aware of what going on ?? as i visited beginning of this year and it was just a jungle.i have wrote a letter by registerd post to society asking what sgoing on they have told me they have recieved letter and will reply to letter but it has been 2 months and no reply, i am getting worried as they are still taking payment but are not relaseing plots this seems fishy anyone know whats going on ??

I talked to management they say that there is no worry yet. You will get possession in time. My installments will end in July. So hope for the best. If someone knows more details please inform me @ my this mobile number:

If you want to get your money back, you have to go to the office of the SETH sab. SETH AMJAD of Acro textiles.
You have to make several visits and make lot of hu ha to get your money back
