Can someone can explain why price in Phase 3 is less & at what price I can buy a 1 Kanal plot.
Further what is the development progress of BT9.

I don't think that work has even started on Phase 9 yet, and I don't it will start either until Phase 8 has been completed. Even if it was completed who would want to live that far out when Phase 8 is still unoccupied, and only a few blocks have been completed and no construction activity has been allowed yet.

I have noticed that few blocks of BT-Phase-8 Rawalpindi / Islamabad are annouced as developed and ready for construction of house.

How true is this ? and is there any one who can witnes the construction activities and in what block Nos. .. please ..

Can anybody comment on the first question, why price is less in Phase 3 then other phases ?

The first question has been answered many times already just do a search. I Don't know the upto date prices of 1 kanal.

A few blocks of Phase are developed and ready for construction but no construction is taking place because perhaps Bahria is waiting for a few more blocks to be developed of the safari valley blocks to be largely occupied before it focuses on housebuilding in Phase 8 blocks.

They say that the plots in phase 3 are filled having no firm ground

Plots are in depression area and land is also filled. Area is near river bank and 20 to 30 feet lower than Phase-5.
Phase 9 no scope or construction chance in near future.

Where did you saw that it is less price than phase 9 ?

In phase the chepaest you will find for 10 marla is 25 lakh and that because of depression or khada plot. otherwise it is almost same price as the phase 4 etc.. good plot is not less then 30 lakh for 10 marla
