My father is an advocate in Lahore high court, I am thinking to file a petition in the court against DHA Lahore since thousands of pakistnai have invested billions of rupees in these schemes, especially in DHA-Phase8, PV etc. however, there is no plan of development and balloting is available from DHA Lahore.
Just wants to seek your thoughts about it?

you should go a head. billions of billions invested there, but in near future there is not any kind of clue of balloting even by the dha. they dont even want to tell the expected date even. it means they are playing with people money ? |

One of my concerns is that if we delay payment of development charges, DHA is quick to levy penalty on late payments. But, if DHA delays development of certain phase nothing happens. Example phase 7 development charges (last installment) have been paid in June 2009, DHA is still behind of developing certain areas in phase 7. Please share your concerns here. Thanks |
