Any one like to share latest position of LDA Avenue-1. When it is going to be handed over to allotties? Why people are being punished for investing in LDA Avenue. Nobody is there to question the lords sitting in LDA offices about the progress of development of the scheme after almost 9 years. Who has paid LDA to slow the process till the completion of sale of all the private schemes located in the vicinity rather located far away from it. Is not it an intentional delay as Railway Authorities change the times of trains in favour of road transporters after taking bribe from them

Looking at satellite images it looks like LDA Avenue is largely completed so if they haven't delivered possession then it cannot take too long, so you may not need to wait for too long. |
