Usmani sb, central park/bahria orchid these projects are only for long term planning at least 10-15 years then you'll be able to build home or get profit. If anybody is saying central park developed society because gate is ready then listen there is no population in central park and near this park just go on lahore housing schemes map.

I went to Central park couple of days ago and saw a house for sale one of the 3 houses there so far. I am planing to buy a plot there looks nice but yes might take some time to get populated.
