Are there any architects,and contractors in Islamabad? Is there a website where you can get any ideas about the blueprint/ map of the house?What is the total cost of a very nice 7-8 bedroom house in Islamabad (not in terms of per square feet because it is approx.15-1600 Pakistani rupees)?I know it is your luck/bad luck depending what sort of contractor you get,but what factors do you generally keep in mind as to minimize the risk of not to get a cowboy type of contractor (beside the usual word of mouth)?Any other guidance/advise for us naive overseas Pakistanis re pitfalls to look for before we start the project of our life!
