What is the status of NFC-2? Development had started sometime ago, does any one know how much of the development has been completed? And what is the pace of development?
A friend of mine want to sell his plot in D block (plot number 27) for 16 Lacks (all due clear, including development charges). Is this a good price?
CMY sahib and knowedgeable friends ate requested to resopond. I am looking for investing for 6-8 years.

Irfan sahib, the 6 to 10 Lacs price mentioned by you does not include development charges.
Islam sahib the seller's demand of 16 Lacs is too high. This one kanal plot is worth appx. 12.25 to 12.50 lacs in current market with all dues clear. We have a couple of clients who can sell similar plots for appx. 12.25 to 12.35 lacs.
The development is going on but at a slow pace. The contractors should deploy more machinery for faster development in order to finish development in 3 years time. The main boulevard towards Multan road is carpeted and looking good. Development work is going on in A and B block now. These blocks will be ready for possession before other blocks. Blocks D & E will be next.

this is pure nonsense .two months back i talked to this guy adil and showed my interests in buying a plot .he told me the price was 4 to 5 lakh maximum .then i tried many times to talk to him or contact him but he never responded or agreed to meet me .nfc2 has no future im sure and all this propaganda is just fake .try buying a plot and u will see .6 to 10 lakh price is fake .its not worth it and please stop lying to people. |
