Latest Update about DHA Valley Islamabad
DHA has started work on Valley about 10% of the area which is purchased and available.
The remaining 90 thousand kanal area is not yet purchased. and land owner are not agreed to sell their land to DHA.
DHA should purchase the land before start of project.
Now land owners know the value of their land and will not sell their land to DHA. DHA valley project will be late due to unavailability of land.
While DHA PHASE-2 Extension & DHA Phase-1 Extension Land is not yet purchased and no work in progress.

As per government law no develeper can start the work of his scheme without purchasing the 85% of the total land.

people who already got traped by DHA should bing the case to the court instead of trying to sell it to others as it is traping an other person. Shame on DHA for doing this, i though there were a serious society.

This the right thing to do and I have already invited the people to joind hand with me. I am preparing the case i will meet the minister of housing and commetee and to sprime court but only on person from US contact me others only crrying like baby.

with which government you will speak , where all thief.
you know like this many prjects pending in pakistan , this not first time.
When this scheme announced , in this forum Mr.CMY. tell all people clear everying about this project.I am regular reader of this forum.I told many people no need to apply but all refuse.i hope you will not get any reply from Government even no one listen you.No one come with you.bcz Pakistani want to cry seperately.

DHA-Valley is a project started by Bahria Town. Bahria Town Owner want to trap ppl. Now he launched Bahria Orchard, you can see all the price schedule is like DHA Valley. see JANG classified full of ad for Bahria Orchard and giving commission to dealers. till to now 100 dealers contacted me to book plot in Orchard. I am thinking to book or not.

A.M. Butt sahib, brother put your email and contact information here than the DHA Valley affectee will contact you and also apeal to the dha valley memebers in expartirate site.

DHA have land in front of baynazeer international islamabad airport (chaklala airport)for dha archard not yet announced.

Mr. A.M But. DHA is bound to purchase the 85% of land before start of project. Because DHA has violated the this rule in DHA Valley, Phase1 Extension and Phase-2 Extension.
so, any plot holder can go to court againt DHA. Group of people is not required to make the case in court. Court can check the record of purchased land and can give the decision to Stop the project and to Refund the money to Plot holder.
DHA become authority through Musharraf ordinance but ordinance only work for 6 month. DHA Authority can be challenge also through court because Parliament has not certified his authority.

You must have heard money makes money and if you people purchased this investment to make money then DHA and Bharia are doing the same and being bigger in size they have pulled it to them.

If you purchased this for making your house I feel extremely sorry and have full sympathy with you. You have to wait now and pay more then what you expected, as you purchased this with out knowing full amount,time frame and location.

It is up to DHA and Bharia now, How they deal with you.

Thank you, Mr Awan I collected records of advertisements and condition mention by DHAI I have same idea.
Mr Haris! I need 20 members of Overseas we are 5 here and one from US. I am looking for 14 more members if i succeeded than i am sure DHA valley members will remember me.
i know how and where to contact.Just wait and see.
I hope DHAI will do development according to commitment they made.
Even i will go alone to the court or in Parliament house and will conduct press conference out side the parliament house,

Although I promised to myself, sometime before, that I would not post any message here due to pure personal reasons but I am breaking my own rule, just to salute Mr. Abdul Majeed Butt!

I personally know Mr. Butt. He has guts to do what He is saying.Mr. Butt once commanded employees of one of the Pakistan's biggest organizations before He decided to come in gulf.

DHA must fulfill its promise, must say sorry upon getting themselves trapped in BT net and come froward to admit all the mistakes and wrongdoings, they had done so far in this project.

A.M Butt let us know if you want support from Pakistani residents DHA valley allotees. There are many who I know off, all professionals and who are willing to do something about it rather than just sitting and cribbing. Also with the current judicary the chances are good because it has never been better than this. Have you guys stopped paying the subsequent installments? or still paying them?

plz note: am not trying to project the judicary here :p

Dears! i am shocked when i read comments on this forum for DHA. i work in UAE and working really hard to pay installments to DHA for my 3 Plots.
anyone can advice me, shall i stop paying? ho it will impact me? what is needful to do on this....

Can any one update withthe current & latest status Of DHA-HOMES Islamabad.
I have booked one 8 marla house there. since i am in Oman i cannot follow & have a track.
Please update of the construction status & expected handover.
