Bahria Town low cost scheme booking may be stopped tonight,

Due to huge numbers of people applying for Bahria Town low cost scheme Bahria town managment have told us no more forms will be accepeted on Jan 29 and Jan 30th by its offices to avoid ant troubles like over booking or refunds etc. At 9 pm today we were told BT offices will be kept closed for general public on Friday and Saturday. 100s applicants were still waiting in long lines to submit forms tonight before they end the bookings.

If you can prove to BT your payorder was made on or before Jan 28th Bahria town may still give you a chance to submit forms in next 2 days IF they keep offices open on Friday or Saturday for gen public.

Classic trick of creating hype in order to sell plots. I doubt these plots are as popular as they are making them out to be.

Bahria town promised to build awami villas 13km from tokhar niazbeg on raywind road.Now when people have paid there instalments bahria town is offering to build these houses somwhere near Mangamandi.I think thay vill cheet these plot holders the sameway.It is my honest advise dont block your money for many many years.Bahria town owners dont bather you are low incom or middle class people, there bissness philosphy is earn money by lying and cheeting.

While M/S Azad K & Ahmad may have a valid point, I am surprised that these two gentlemen still have to advise people at large about Bahria despite a very long, loud and continuous calling fouls against them
(Bahria). Something is wrong some where. Either people calling Bahria foul are missing reality or public at large is so dumb.

I read this blog regularly and even have some direct experience of Bahria, some of it very good, some good, some bad and some very bad. On the average I am willing to rank them better than most in the real estate. I have not severed my relations with them and do not intend doing that. And my holding in Bahria are fairly spread at Lahore and Rawalpindi, Sector A, B, Awami Villas@lahore & Rawalpindi.

I think highly of Bahria however I have to caution people against schemes in general where people have paid a lot of money and the scheme are not delivered according to schedule and then these same developers want to launch new schemes to tie up more peoples cash. I think they should complete the existing schemes before launching new ones. I think it would be better for people to buy their existing schemes than new schemes. Launching new schmes suggests to me that they don't have the cashflow to complete even the existing developments therefore they are launching new schemes, meaning they are using these peoples money for a few years to pay off the liabilities towards the earlier lot of investors. I am not overly concerned but have to caution people to be alert.

Yes and had BT taken all the applications till 30 jan and then extended the date further all of these jokers would have blamed BT of collecting 5000 processing fee per form in the tune of 10 or 20 crores and holding applicant money for months before refund to unsuccessful applicants.

I am also a victim of this BT Scam. I bought forms on 26th January and they said last date is 30th January but when I reached today (29th) they told me 28th Jan was declared last day around 9 PM.

There was no sales marketing staff there and enjoying their long weekend cos they had done the job of looting people well.

At least they should have treated the clients who had bought forms earlier. They made millions and what we got in return? Loss of money, tension, frustratin and high BP :( and ofcourse the most valueable thing TIME...

Since I was in BT Office this morning, I met some poor guys who came from Sialkot :(...

Lets wait for 1st March after that the files of this scheme open for buy/sell then you all will see that same thing repeat as you see in DHA Valley Islamabad

i think that peoples are more intrested instalment process,in lahore ther are not too much project like bahria archer,may be peoples are looking a cheap project with big name.if this project hit,may change the real estate future,all depend BT management.for middle class is very difficult to pay 100percent cash.

we all should send clear massege to bahria town that they should finish all there projects already in pipeline before they start a new one.there overseas project ,awami villas project ,phase 8 project and other are still incomplete after getting full installments.If any person will take this case to supreme court they will be really in troble and will compromise the investment of hard working people.I suggest they should open there eyes.solve there problem with peoples as soon as possible.stop extra charges to people.first they should complete there project in timly fashion.

my friend in swiss bought ahome @85 lake in pakistan in 2007,now he is loosing about 25 lake only on exchange money and hard to sale that house at this prize.if he invest in bank other story.the intrest of bank is main reason for the money blockage.in euorpe u cant imagine 13percent intrest rate.

I just bought a plot in Baharia Orchard, Paid 2 installments. its my life earning. Many people are advising me to sell the plot as it will never going to be materialized and advising me to buy file of Phase 10 in DHA. Please guide me as i am very confused.
