This not a brand new house I saw this house only one week ago, it is few years old but well maintained, Hose just infront of it is also for sale.

DEAR Brothers,

i am an expat and have first hand knowledge of 10 marla house prices in dha lahore phase 4 and 5 based on my last month visit being a potential buyer.

I would like to say that whatever people think or beleive but reality is that in dha phase 4 gg and dd block and phase 5 e block a brand new houses are aviable b/w 110-125 lacs.
