What is wrong with LDA Avenue 1. Why CMY and other experts are reluctant to give openion about the scheme when people who has invested therein are desperate to here some thing positive about LDA Avenue1

Visitor 1 block C and J r consider better price wse price range is 14 lakhs to 10 lakhs for 10 marla in these blocks. The cheapset block is L. you can get a plot in this block between 9 to 12 lakhs |

Visitor1 one thing i make you correct i supposed to write max price in jand C block is 14 to 18 lakhs but by mistaken i wrote 14 to 10 lakhs. As far as concern B block it's most part is in litigations. the price of litigation free plots in B block is 12 to 13 lakhs. just main road of B block is completd and the price of 1 kanal on this road is 70 to 85 lakhs |

Can any body please tell the faith of Block-k. It is almost seven year LDA is unable to take decision.Is there any body in the government who can take charge of the LDA and help the allottees of LDA
and any body have an plot for sale in block A & C without litigation
