I am an overseas Pakistani based in Saudi Arabia.
I read about a scheme named "Acro Green" which is next to DHA phase 9 perhaps. It was mentioned in the ad that the scheme starts with Rs.12500/- per month installments. Can you please shed some light on this scheme and its genuineness, feasibility, project status, etc.

"Acro Green" is actually Bankers Aveue with new name and its too much costly, total price of 5 marla plot is 10 lac, where market price is far below and huge open drain "Ganda Nala" is also passing along with this scheme :) |

Thanks Irfan Sahib for your valuable comments. But I am unable to understand that do the planners of this scheme lack brain that they are demanding high prices along with this big facility of "ganda nala"....
What is actual matter then?

May be because its near DHA pahase 6/7 and near Ring road
(by the ways its outside of ring road loop ) and most important they can give possession very soon but no population there so far. |
