I don't think there is much difference between the locations, if anything I would have thought that C block would be better as it is closer to the GT road, and that area will be surrounded by other societies. |

The statement that is "we started this scheme because too many people were canceling their plots in Sector C" is false. There is quite a large piece of land that was in Bahria original plan for Sector C which Bahria was unable or unwilling to buy and adjusted the plot-holders of that location to Orchard. Location-wise, Bahria Orchard and Sector C are similar. Development-wise, Bahria Orchard is a few years behind. |
