Mr Khan - The price range for 300 sqyds is 8.50 to 9 lacs except Block E. In block E range is upto 16 lacs.
Mr Abdullah - Roughly may be about 30 houses constructed and families are residing in it.
Mr Naeem - Can assess only after seeing physically the location of the plot because in that area there seems to be depression.
Mr Adil - I wish I could have helped you but I do not have any price idea of E-16 as I am not dealing in it.
