What is the size of plot and what is your demand price? Everyone interested will obviously ask you these questions. It does not make sense how you can put ad without size of house and demand price. Why waste others time by putting ambiguous ads?

If you intentionally hide price then you must be demanding too much higher than the marketable price, I gather.
