AOA, just few days ago i baught a plot in e-17. the total amount u have to pay including development charges, transfer taxes etc. 1 kanal will cost u around 17,50000. if u have any body in islamabad, he can go on site n u will find there many allotees selling the plot n also some agents r atleast u can find all info on site. its development is completed. good location, well designed area. i advise u to buy it now, later it will go up soon. good luck |
