Dear DHA Lahore Phase-VII and DHA Islamabad AGOCHS Members,
I want to drag the two DHAs administrations into Supreme courts for their following deeds. Since I alone cannot afford to do, I shall request the esteemed members of the DHA to join me for the cause.
DHA Lahore: They have failed to hand over the possession of Phase-VII plots by June, 2009. They have levied heavy surcharge of 20% in delaying the payment of Development Charges that too when they have not done any Development work in the sub-sectors identified by our esteemed web host Ch Mujhaid Yasin.
DHA Islamabad: The DHAI administration had firmly committed to takeover the AGOCHS-II by December, 2008 and had promised to issue the DHA letters within six months. In spite of lapse of more than an year the AGOCHS members are waiting for the commitment. The investment of quite a number of individuals is stuck due to indifferent attitude of these Authorities.

Dear Faizan,
You're absolutely right, they have charged people hefty (20%) interest rates for late payments. Now they must pay people at least the same rate on full value of the plots.
How can people join you in this cause, do you have any specific plan? This is a real issue, these people think it is a rule of jungle and take it just as a joke. |

Sadiq Bhai, I have plan to gather as many people as possible. With your consent as a reference, I will file a writ against the DHAs. But then I will require emails from each one of you as a proof that it was not my personal motive but the opinions of so many other victims of DHAs. |

it shoudl against all housing scheme including dha and bahira ...when it comes to collecting money they are very efficient and donot reude a penny .... but they all have failed to keep their end or bargain increasing pirces after booking and failure to deliver after due time why they should be answerable that when they have recieved all developmental money then where is the plot ???? they keep money collected from us in banks getting profits and giving us lame excuses ...time to wake up property owners ...Specially DHA and bahira (our beloved MAILK riaz) |

Dear All,
We shuld also have to involve the property dealer of DHA including repected CMY to guide their clients as they are the one dealing DHA property & they have the right to ask to DHA to return back our money from DHA management as they are not handover any plot in 2009 after all development chages they took from the peoples. |

I am also in the same boat for DHA 7 and Parkview. Go ahead, my sincere prayers are with you. DHA is going to charge me Rs. 70,000 for not paying in time development charges when the Parkview was under previous administration. I have fully paid development charges for DHA 7 by June 2009, still there is no hope of getting possession in the near future for DHA 7 Q block. |
