DHA has not purchased any land for DHA Phase-1 extension and DHA phase-2 Extension. although DHA has sold the plots of those scheme five years ago.
Now DHA want to launch the Phase-3 but they don't have any land purchased. it is just proposed site near agoosh. DHA want to make fool the pakistani people again. Be aware.

all rubbish , dha already purchased even phase111 land and allotted to army officers.

all certificates after k blocks are issued to the land owners,against 4 kanals one certificate.

bhai saleem awan, every now and then u post few lines against DHAI. can u explain what they have done to u??????
i also have some investment done in ph.2-extn. but it was made by me keeping in mind as a long term investment......... so not much worried.
however, DHA has purchased FULL land.
i visited the site around two weeks ago, and lot of development work in progress........ but slow........... almost all machinery belongs to bharia, which i think does not matter. i forgot to take my camera, but i am planning to visit again and this time i will take my camera and post pictures over here.
dear file/plot holders development is late but it will be great place after at-least 5 years i guess.

Dhi rwp ext is "daldal". please DO NOT invest your hard earned money for at least 50 years. many better options available other than those dha deserts.

Almost all Pakistanis investors are now trapped by DHA by various names. Even a normal Pakistani with a minimum saving also got trapped in their schemes.

RULE # 1 for investment : Always invest in that scheme, where you can see the 4 corners of the land otherwise forget it

I know you have the true knowledge about this area/DHAI.

Brother can you please through some light on dha valley over seas block, when will recover the loss which is showing loss at this moment.

We never hear any news about DHA commercial Avenue islamabad any update/advice please.

with no offence please be accurate once you give your openion as Allah is always there & NOTHING IS HIDDEN,with all due regards Atiq sahib when were Army officers alotted plots in DHA 3,do not say things you have no knowledge.Yes mr Saleem you are only partially correct ,there are a few pockets still with owners & DHA WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUS & RE-BALLOT AS PROMISED BY DHA but no time frame can be given as i, have no knowledge of the time frame.Please check from dha office the ballot schedule if they have one.on development work please see for your self pace is as if it was to take 20 years to develop,go there and see for your self.May Allah protect us from the liers
