Please note any booking through Lahore Real Estate (being registered Bahria Town dealer), will be confirm booking i.e., you will get a plot in the ballot, only your plot number will be assigned in the ballot. People sending application directly to Bahria Town do not have confirm booking. If there are more applicants than the # of plots, they may or may not get a plot.

What is difference between Low Cost Scheme and Low Cost Scheme (Overseas Block) in terms of quality, location, area etc?

At this time we are not sure about unique features of Overseas Block in Low Cost scheme. We assume it will have some special features but not clear about it yet.
