Looking for a plot in Sukh chayn garden,

I need to buy a 1K or 10M plot in Sukh Chayn garden, Lahore. I have been quoted following prices:
1K (Main blvd.) : 37,00,000 (Thirty seven lack) + 225000 (Tax + Transfer Fee) + 35000 = 3960000
10 M (D-block): 2300000 + 130000 (Tax + Transfer fee) + 20000
Questions:
1) Is the price as per market rate?
2) Transfer fee + Tax looks to me to much?
I am bit concerned about the transfer + tax fee.

Why don't you call Sukh Chayn Garden at and get first hand knowledge by talking to real person. You may also get an idea of prices.

Tax etc are OK but prices are on Higher end unless Plots are at very good Location. In resale market Plots are avilable even cheaper.
I hope you are buying Sukh Chayn Gardens Taking into account all Considerations. Many other options are available in This Price

I need to have plot for my own house and want to live in a neat and clean society. Sukh chayn looks to be matching the standard we are use to live abroad. What other options are available in this range?
I am only looking for plot with ready to construct facilities.

I think in your budget you could get 1 kanal plot in DHA Phase 6 and quite easily in Bahria Town.

For living with less pollution and easy access (time wise) and security I feel Sukh Chayn is better choice than Bahria or DHA-6.A compact 24 hour security and gated community is hard to conceive. Visit all the suggested options and make the best choice according to your judgment.

dont miss this plot, this is the best offered price on a main blvd Plot in Sukh Chay, if i am not wrong u have visited Sukh Chayn for couple of time, you better know

Official Price of 1 Kanal Plot in Sukh Chayn is 4,797,000.00 on installments and 4,317,000.00 on lump sum. Add 10% for main boulevard plots.

Yes I have visited Sukh Chayn and that's why I like it the most. I have made my mind for 1 K plot now and will finalize the deal soon.

Go for canal gardens whose gate is exactly opposite to Sukh Chain. Society is equaly beautiful but prices are less. You can get 2 kanal in price of 1 kanal, even on main road.

i also saw sukh chain.i really impressed to see it.its to much neat and cleane and secure society.one man told me that society has many cold showers in grass when summer comes society turn on showers to keep environment cool.this thing realy impressed me and i did never see this thing in any other society.one thing i want to ask what is the arrangement of school and hospital.
