What is wrong with LDA Avenue 1. Why CMY and other experts are reluctant to give openion about the scheme when people who has invested therein are desperate to here some thing positive about LDA Avenue1

Why are you worry about Avenue-1. Every thing is positive .Investment in LDA and CDA is never been in lost.Now let me isure you that 5 Bilions contract was given to FWO to develop the society and they did most of the job only electrical work is remaining due cases pending in coart for some blocks. Punjab CM already given the insruction to cleare all remaining isues with land lords even by paying more mony.
2nd thing AAmer mahmood was invalve in this project and nwo he is no more Nazim of Lahore.Any way thing going to be cleared very soon.people will get positions with in one years.Other development work is ging on. 95 % work is completed complete. |

There are so many frauds in every LDA scheme and LDA avenue 1 is no exception. People will know when they start to give possessions. |

I think LDA AV 1 is exception. All transactions are computorised with actual parties signing pictures at LDA office. FWO is also doing good in development as compared to previuosly devloped LDA societies.
Only thing bad is the litigations in some areas which is creating hinderence for tranfer of posessions.
I hope info by AM BUTT is correct regarding CM's instrucions. |
